Dec 11, 2015 · YES, when monitor power is turned off, the fan stops (clearly the energy comes from the monitor through HDMI) i have searched on google and youtube, found only the video reference, nothing more,. You may have a bad Fan controller. But if this started after updating the NVIDIA Driver, then go back to the previous driver that did not have this issue. Also, iCUE, uncheck the ENABLE PLUGINS Several programs together can create communication issues....NXZT CAM is not the greatest program and can create a conflict. Same with iCUE.
